FDB was responsible for the design, fabrication and construction of the fibre cement cladding and column cladding for the northern facade of Etele Plaza, one of the largest shopping centres in Hungary, located in the largest intermodal hub of Budapest. The columns are covered with 8 mm thick fiber cement cladding fixed with concealed back anchors, a technology that requires a precise, planned production, installation and execution process. In addition, our company was also responsible for the installation of the gold, brown and yellow expanded panels on the facade.
